Pankaj Lahoti is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Materion, where he leads the global Information Technology organization. In this role, Mr. Lahoti directs the company’s digital transformation, leveraging modern infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, enterprise-wide analytics, and innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and the IT/OT integration. He is also responsible for enhancing platform security, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building high-performing global teams aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
With more than two decades of experience leading digital and operational transformations, Mr. Lahoti has held senior leadership roles across the industrial, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Materion in April 2025, he served as Vice President at Amphenol CIT (formerly Carlisle Interconnect Technologies), where he spearheaded ERP consolidation, cloud modernization, and M&A IT strategy that supported a $2B divestiture. Earlier roles include Senior Director of IT at Johnson Controls, where he oversaw technology integration across $3B business divisions, and at Harley-Davidson, where he implemented global digital programs to improve agility and efficiency.
Mr. Lahoti holds a master’s degree in management & systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
